PeakMade Real Estate Highlights Latest Director Growth with Tomas Moran and Troy Carnicle

ATLANTA, GA — July 23, 2026 — PeakMade Real Estate is proud to recognize the continued growth and evolution of its Director leadership team. Tomas Moran was promoted to Director of Payroll Services in the Spring, where he will continue to drive accuracy and efficiency across the company’s payroll and benefits operations. Troy Carnicle was recently appointed Director of Facilities and will lead the company’s maintenance operations, facilities strategy, and capital improvement initiatives across its growing portfolio across the US and Canada.

Tomas Moran Promoted to Director of Payroll Services

Tomas Moran was promoted after serving as Payroll and Benefits Manager, supporting employees across the U.S. and Canada. In his new role, Moran will lead the day-to-day administration of PeakMade’s payroll and benefits operations for more than 950 associates, partnering closely with People Operations and Accounting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization’s growing workforce. He will continue leading the payroll team while advancing strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Moran brings more than 13 years of payroll and human resources experience, including four years within property management, and holds the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation. Before joining PeakMade, he served in payroll leadership roles with Stratacache and Verso Paper Company.

Troy Carnicle Appointed Director of Facilities

Carnicle joins PeakMade after serving as a Senior Regional Facilities Manager at a prior company, leading a facilities team supporting more than 200 communities across the United States. With more than 22 years of industry experience, spanning multifamily, build-to-rent, and student housing, he brings extensive operational and construction expertise to the role.

As Director of Facilities, Carnicle will provide enterprise leadership for maintenance operations, facilities management, and capital improvement initiatives across PeakMade’s portfolio of more than 100 communities. He will lead the Regional Facilities Managers and Regional Facilities Specialists while driving scalable processes, operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and asset preservation across the organization.
