BELONGING ISN’T JUST A FEELING
Peak Link is PeakMade’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. It collaborates both internally and externally to ensure that PeakMade is a place where everyone can learn, feel valued, and be part of the change.
We believe that doing the right thing means creating workspaces and communities where everyone experiences the belonging we need to thrive. We own our responsibility to learn more about the differences that make us stronger, engage and advocate for marginalized groups of people, and develop mutual respect for each other.

DIVERSITY VISION
The Diversity and Inclusion Council for PeakMade is tasked with promoting and supporting the companies’ vision for a diverse and inclusive community for all associates, customers, and stakeholders. Centered on education, awareness and action, the Council aims to collaborate both internally and externally on new ways to approach issues of equality in areas such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and sexual orientation. The council plays an important role in ensuring that Peak is a place people can learn, feel valued, and be part of the change.
PROJECT BELONG
Project Belong is a set of initiatives seeking to create inclusive spaces for everyone who works for PeakMade, partners with us, or lives in our communities. Gender Inclusive Housing and disability inclusion are just a couple of the initiatives under its banner. The goal of Project Belong is simple… create space for everyone.
At PeakMade, we’d like to leave this world better than we found it. We embrace our responsibility to help preserve the environment and use our people resources to help those in need. We strive to make a lasting impact on those we serve.
We invest in lifestyle programs to help our employees be and feel their best and are proud to have earned the Healthiest Employer Award in consecutive years. Our LiveWell program includes educational resources, financial wellness coaching, mental health resources, wellness challenges, and celebrations when employees hit their health goals.
