PeakMade Real Estate Announces Erica White as Senior Vice President of Innovation and Technology

ATLANTA, GA — May 28, 2026 —PeakMade Real Estate, a leading diversified real estate development and property management company, announced today that Erica White has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Innovation & Technology. Erica returns to PeakMade with executive leadership experience leading technology, data, and innovation initiatives across the student housing and multifamily industry. Recently recognized as a 2026 GlobeSt. Woman of Influence in the PropTech Executive/Innovator category, she brings a strategic focus on scalable technology, operational excellence, and business transformation.

In this role, Erica will lead enterprise technology strategy, innovation initiatives, and the company’s data, analytics, and BI functions, supporting PeakMade’s continued focus on scalable growth, operational performance, and technology-forward property management infrastructure.

Erica previously worked for PeakMade Real Estate from 2014 to 2019, where she served in both operations and national training leadership roles. During her tenure, she facilitated the company’s enterprise-wide sales training platform, Peak Leasing Experience, and supported the rollout of Entrata across 86 properties, one of the largest systems implementations in the organization’s history. She also helped develop and facilitate onboarding and operational training programs designed to support organizational growth at scale.

Prior to her return to PeakMade Real Estate, Erica served as Senior Vice President of Technology & Strategic Initiatives at Article Student Living where she led enterprise technology strategy and operational initiatives supporting platform growth and innovation.
