Elliott Yourse Appointed Director of Data and AI

ATLANTA, GA — July 29, 2026 — PeakMade Real Estate, a leading diversified real estate development and property management company, announced today that Elliott Yourse has joined the organization as Director of Data & AI. Elliott brings more than 15 years of enterprise data, analytics, and artificial intelligence experience across Fortune 500 transformations, including consulting engagements supporting both student housing and multifamily organizations. Throughout his career, he has partnered with real estate owners and operators to modernize data platforms, implement business intelligence solutions, and leverage AI to improve operational decision-making and reporting.

In this role, Elliott will lead PeakMade’s data and AI ecosystem end to end, spanning architecture, engineering, analytics, governance, and applied AI. In a role that combines hands-on technical leadership with enterprise strategy, he will define the company’s data and AI strategy and roadmap, oversee and operate its Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platform, and advance PeakMade’s applied AI initiatives including automation, forecasting, document intelligence, and generative and agentic workflows guided by responsible-AI practices.

Prior to joining PeakMade Real Estate, Elliott served as Principal Software Engineer at Better Data and AI Group, where he led enterprise business intelligence, Microsoft Fabric, cloud data platform modernization, and applied AI initiatives including multi-agent AI development frameworks and AI agents grounded on Microsoft Fabric semantic models for Fortune 500 organizations including Texas Instruments, UnitedHealth Group, Qorvo, and Patterson Companies. He’s also served as Associate Director and Power BI Technical Product Owner at Barings, LLC, leading enterprise-wide Power BI adoption, establishing a Business Intelligence Center of Excellence that increased self-service analytics adoption, and advancing platform governance. He also served as Senior BI Developer at Eastdil Secured, where he developed enterprise Power BI and Azure-based analytics solutions and Senior Software Engineer of Data and AI at Insight Enterprises.

Elliott holds industry-recognized certifications including Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer, and Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer.

In his role, Elliott Yourse will report to Erica White, Senior Vice President of Innovation & Technology, while leading a team of engineers and specialists focused on data, A.I., automation, and business intelligence solutions.
