Casey Petersen Appointed Chief Executive Officer at PeakMade Real Estate

ATLANTA, GA — July 29, 2026 — PeakMade Real Estate today announced the appointment of Casey Petersen as Chief Executive Officer, ushering in a new chapter for one of the nation’s leading real estate management, development, and advisory companies.  

Casey joins the company after serving as Chief Operating Officer for Tailwind Group. He returns to PeakMade after previously serving over 17 years with the company, most recently as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company’s operating platform. His leadership was pivotal in helping to position PeakMade for sustained growth while strengthening operational excellence across the organization. 

Petersen succeeds longtime Chief Executive Officer Bob Clark, whose vision and leadership have helped shape PeakMade into one of the industry’s most recognized development and management companies. As part of the phased transition, Bob Clark will shift to the role of Chairman at PeakMade Real Estate where he will be primarily focused on transitioning day-to-day leadership to Petersen, while also staying engaged as a board member.

His priorities will include strengthening partnerships, bolstering the operating platform, enhancing the development product, branding and market selection processes, investment in innovation and technology, and expanding PeakMade’s position as an industry leader across student housing, build-to-rent and multifamily.
