Construction began in October of 2021 and will deliver in August 2023 for the Fall semester.
"Theory Interlock is our second project in the Georgia Tech market and part of the phenomenal Interlock mixed-use development. We are very excited to be serving the students of Georgia Tech again with a well-conceived project that is located the heart of the vibrant West Midtown sub-market."
