An abundant amenity package will be offered including a rooftop pool & state-of-the-art fitness center, two-story club room, four outer courtyards, and multiple study rooms.
Construction began in June of 2021 and is a phased delivery scheduled for occupancy for the Fall 2023 and Winter 2024 school semester.
"This is a tremendous project within a couple of blocks of the University of Florida campus and perfectly situated to serve the growing enrollment of the University of Florida with a Class A student apartment offering.
