ATLANTA, GA – September 2, 2025 – PeakMade Real Estate, a leading diversified multifamily, student and build-to-rent management and development company announced today that Jonathan Tucker has been appointed President.

The appointment reflects his proven leadership, decades of industry experience, and his ability to drive innovation while building strong, collaborative teams.

As President, Jonathan will report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Bob Clark, and be responsible for providing strategic direction across multiple departments to include Sales & Marketing, Shared Services, and Property Operations for student, multifamily and build-to-rent management, ensuring alignment with company goals as the organization continues to grow. Jonathan will also focus on further strengthening PeakMade’s boutique multifamily operating platform, while leveraging synergies with the company’s student housing management platform

Jonathan brings 28 years of experience in real estate, serving most recently as Executive Vice President at Cortland for nearly 13 years. Additionally, he has held leadership roles at previous companies including Lincoln Military Housing, Boylan Companies, Novare Group and Greystar. A proud U.S. Navy veteran who served as a Hospital Corpsman for over 6 years, Tucker has earned multiple industry accolades, including the IREM Global Excellence Award, Global Innovation Award, Accredited Management Organization Award and Certified Property Manager of the Year in Georgia.
