As President, Jonathan leads strategic direction across Sales & Marketing, Shared Services, and Property Operations for PeakMade’s student, multifamily, and build-to-rent portfolios, focusing on growth, strengthening the boutique multifamily platform, and leveraging synergies with the student housing management platform. Jonathan joined PeakMade in July of 2025.
